1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons (such as major holidays or promotional events), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Why does it take this time? To ensure you receive the highest quality product, we do not hold pre-packaged inventory. After you place your order, our fulfillment team coordinates directly with the manufacturer, performs a quality check, and prepares your custom packaging. This extra step guarantees your item is in perfect condition before it leaves the facility. While rare, occasional manufacturer stock delays may occur, but we actively monitor all orders to minimize any impact.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

- 3 to 5 business days (for items shipped from our US-based warehouses)
- 10 to 15 business days (for items shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers)
- Overall average delivery: 8 to 15 business days

- 10 to 15 business days (shipped from our international fulfillment centers)
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and begin from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed. "Business days" do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Order Tracking
You will receive an email notification with your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to activate and update in the carrier’s system. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our Canadian customers (and occasionally US customers, depending on the product value): Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your local customs office. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. (Note: The vast majority of our shipments clear customs smoothly without any extra fees).
5. Undeliverable, Missing, or Delayed Packages
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Marked as Delivered: If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first.
- Lost in Transit: In the rare event that a package is lost or significantly delayed by the carrier, please contact us with your order number, and we will work directly with the shipping provider to resolve the issue promptly.
